Most brands do not fail at social media because of bad ideas. They fail because the plan collapses the first time the week gets busy. A simple system fixes that.
Pick a few content pillars
Choose three to five themes you can talk about for months, such as product education, behind the scenes, customer stories and offers. Pillars take the guesswork out of "what do we post today?".
Plan by the month, create in batches
Set aside a block of time to plan the month and another to create. Shooting several pieces in one session is faster and keeps your look consistent.
Tie content to real events
Product drops, restocks, seasonal moments and launches give you natural reasons to post. Build the calendar around them and fill the gaps with your pillars.
Reuse what works
A strong video can become a few stills, a story and an email. Look at which posts earn saves, shares and replies, and make more like them.
Leave room to respond
Reply to comments and messages. Community is what turns followers into customers, and it does not need to be scripted.
Measure what matters
Likes are nice, but track what supports your goals: clicks, sign-ups and sales. Review monthly, keep what works and drop what does not.
